By using the Services, you agree to these Terms.

1) Eligibility and accounts

You must be able to form a binding contract to use the Services. If you create an account, you agree to provide accurate information and maintain the security of your login credentials. You are responsible for activity under your account.

2) Orders, pricing, and payment

A. Product information
We try to display product descriptions, pricing, and availability accurately. However, errors may occur. We reserve the right to correct errors and update information at any time.

B. Pricing and taxes
Prices are shown in U.S. dollars unless stated otherwise. Taxes (and shipping/handling) may be added at checkout as applicable.

C. Payment
Payments are processed by third-party payment providers. By placing an order, you authorize us (and our payment processor) to charge your selected payment method for your order total.

D. Order acceptance and cancellation
Your order is an offer to purchase. We may accept or decline orders at our discretion, including due to suspected fraud, inventory issues, errors, or shipping limitations. If we cancel after payment, we will issue a refund to the original payment method.

3) Shipping, delivery, returns, and refunds

Shipping and delivery
Delivery dates are estimates and not guaranteed. Risk of loss transfers to you upon delivery to the carrier (unless otherwise required by law). Title and risk allocations may vary by jurisdiction.

Returns and refunds
Returns, refunds, exchanges, and related conditions are governed by our posted return/refund policy (if any) at the time of purchase. If no separate policy is posted, contact us at privacy@sportdogfood.com for assistance. Certain items may be non-returnable (e.g., opened consumables) where allowed by law.

4) Subscriptions and recurring orders (if offered)

If we offer subscriptions or recurring shipments, additional terms may apply at checkout, including billing frequency, renewal, cancellation, and proration rules. You can cancel recurring orders per the instructions provided in your account area or by contacting us.

5) Promotions and discount codes

Promotions may be time-limited and subject to additional terms. We may modify or end promotions at any time. Discount codes may not be transferable and may be limited to one per customer/order unless stated otherwise.

6) User content (reviews, comments, uploads)

If you submit reviews, comments, photos, or other content (“User Content”), you:

Represent you have the rights to submit it and it does not violate any law or third-party rights.
Grant Sport Dog Food a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable and transferable license to use, reproduce, display, distribute, and create derivative works from your User Content in connection with the Services and our marketing, to the extent permitted by law.
Agree we may remove User Content at any time for any reason.

7) Prohibited conduct

You agree not to:

Use the Services for unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent purposes.
Interfere with or disrupt the Services, servers, or networks.
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to accounts or systems.
Scrape, crawl, or harvest data without permission.
Submit false reviews, impersonate others, or misrepresent affiliations.
Introduce malware, spyware, or other harmful code.

8) Intellectual property

The Services (including text, images, logos, product names, design, and software) are owned by Sport Dog Food or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the Services unless we give you written permission.

9) Third-party services and links

The Services may integrate with or link to third-party websites and services (payment processors, shipping tools, analytics, social platforms). We do not control and are not responsible for third-party services or their policies.

10) Health and product disclaimers

Sport Dog Food products are intended for companion animals as described on the site. Information provided on the Services is for general informational purposes and is not veterinary advice. Consult a veterinarian regarding specific dietary needs, allergies, or medical conditions.

11) Warranty disclaimer

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Services and all content and products provided through the Services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement.

Some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on implied warranties, so some of the above may not apply to you.

12) Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sport Dog Food and its owners, employees, agents, and suppliers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenues, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses, arising from or related to your use of (or inability to use) the Services or products.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of or related to the Services will not exceed the amount you paid us for the applicable order giving rise to the claim (or, if no purchase was made, $100).

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of the above may not apply to you.

13) Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Sport Dog Food and Stone Road Family Farms, LLC from and against claims, damages, liabilities, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Services, your User Content, or your violation of these Terms.

14) Dispute resolution and governing law

Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Venue
Unless otherwise required by law, you agree that any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services will be brought in the state or federal courts located in New York, and you consent to personal jurisdiction there.

15) Changes to the Services or Terms

We may modify the Services or these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted with a new effective date. Your continued use of the Services after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

16) Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Services (including accounts) at any time if we believe you have violated these Terms or for security or operational reasons. You may stop using the Services at any time.

17) Electronic communications

You consent to receive communications from us electronically (email, site notices, text where you opt in). You agree that electronic notices satisfy any legal requirement for written notice.

17A) SMS / Text Messaging Terms

If you opt in to receive SMS/text messages from Stone Road Family Farms, LLC (d/b/a Sport Dog Food), you consent to receive messages related to the purpose disclosed at opt in (e.g., class/appointment reminders and schedule updates, and/or order updates and promotions, depending on the program you join). Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP. For help, reply HELP. Consent is not a condition of purchase. 18) Miscellaneous

Severability: If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect.
No waiver: Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver.
Assignment: We may assign these Terms as part of a merger, acquisition, or asset sale.
Entire agreement: These Terms and any policies referenced (including the Privacy Policy) constitute the entire agreement regarding the Services.
